“I was a lanky pimple-prone teenager at school who failed in almost every subject except language and arts. And I somehow managed to bloom in my twenties, when I went on to try modeling and anchoring. I didn’t learn how to ride a bicycle until the age of 19, but was one of the first few women long-distance motorbike riders in India by the time I was 24. I’ve got an MSc in International Marketing from Sheffield Business School, and I got onto the programme without an undergraduate degree – thanks to perseverance. Today, I run India’s first award-winning online talk show as well as an amazing little film production house, called Red Bangle…”
